Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 business hours following the payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

What items can be returned-exchanged-refound?

We accept refund only for faulty items.

We accept return and exchange of unsuitable/unwanted items

Only sizes, model and colors of items may be exchanged. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 15 days of receipt by contacting support@soameithing.com

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?

Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

1. First  contact to support@soameithing.com for instruccion and adress to send your 

2. Post your item to a given address. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more. Also, we strongly recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method, and that you retain your proof of postage. As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your  exchange has been processed.

Return Costs: Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.

How to return faulty item?

If the item you received is faulty, there are defect(s) in the product(s) or it is to different to photos and the attention is brought to us no later than a week!

Please contact our support center by emailing support@soameithing.com and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return/refund. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

You can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of your package return.* However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products or we receive evidence from you that supports that the returned the item/s are in route (such as scanned copy of post office receipt with date and time plainly visible, along with package tracking number).*This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing your return, and processing your refund request

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
